LEGAL / Draft for review

Privacy Policy

Understand what you share with this website and how contact and demo information is intended to be handled.

Scope of this draft

This draft covers the public Actonyx AI website, its contact forms, and demo booking when available. It does not describe data handling inside a contracted product deployment. Backend delivery and retention described here are documented service requirements, not verification of a live service.

Information you provide

Contact forms ask for your name, email address, and organization. You may optionally describe your use case. When available, demo booking also uses your selected appointment and time zone.

Do not submit classified information, credentials, sensitive operational details, or restricted datasets through this website.

How information is used

Your details are used to respond to your inquiry and, when demo booking is available, prepare a demo and arrange the appointment. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

The forms require JavaScript and a configured service. A submission is confirmed only after service acceptance; when demo booking is available, a booking is confirmed only after calendar creation.

Cookies and browser state

No website analytics or cookies are configured in the current implementation. Unsubmitted form details are held in memory while a dialog is open and cleared when it closes.

Hosting and service infrastructure may process request information separately. This draft does not establish their logging or retention practices. Those practices need to be confirmed for the deployed environment.

Email and calendar delivery

The documented contact service delivers messages to a configured team inbox. When enabled, demo booking uses Microsoft 365 to create a calendar event with the attendee details needed for the invitation.

The optional use-case description is intended to remain outside the calendar invitation. Emails and calendar events are held separately from website submission records.

Retention

The documented service contract requires website submission records to be retained for up to 90 days. Delivered emails and calendar events follow the organization’s Microsoft 365 retention settings and may remain longer.

The deployed backend policy and Microsoft 365 settings must be verified before this draft is treated as an approved policy.

Questions and requests

Use Get in Touch to ask about information you submitted or request deletion. Include only the details needed to identify your inquiry; do not send sensitive information.

If you have a confirmed demo, reply to the invitation or contact the organizer shown in your booking confirmation to change it.
